We are so lucky to have found Brian! My daughter's flashdrive was corrupted and she was unable to access her final projects for her final exams. It turned out that her computer was full of viruses. Brian was able to recover all of the data off the flashdrive, clean up all the viruses, install new virus detection software and get her laptop back to her within 24 hours! I found level1pc on the internet. Brian was quick to call back, had me bring my laptop in that day and called me later to give me an update on what he found. unfortunately, my laptop was fried from hot tea being spilled on it. But the next day Brian had me all hooked up with a refurbished laptop and a bluetooth speaker to go with it. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for computer repairs. I'm keeping him on my speed dial!

I don't know where to start?? I lost the mother board on my company computer and had not back it up lately and so much data I couldn't afford to lose! Found Brian's company Level 1 via google and gave him a call!!! Dropped it off on Saturday afternoon and he called me within a half hour and had completely checked it out and told me all my data was safe and hard drives were ok but the mother board was dead. Because of the work communication programs I had that I used to communicate with old legacy PLC I service I couldn't upgrade to WIN 10 had to use WIN 7. Brian found a like refurbished computer compatible with my hard drives and said he would have the computer by Friday, called me Saturday and said I was all set!!! Got home fired it up and a few configuration settings needed to be changed! He remoted into my computer and had everything setup and working in less than a half hour!!!! Cant say enough good about the great customer service and support!!!! In this day and age companies could take a lesson from how to treat customers from Brian at Level 1 PC!!!

Today was my third time dealing with Level 1 PC and I wish EVERYONE who owned this kind of business was as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as Brian was.
Not only did he get my laptop charging again within 24 hours, but he removed spyware and viruses off of it that my other antivirus programs couldn't even detect. Very happy with the service and would gladly forward anyone local I run into with computer issues over to him - THANKS, BRIAN!
