Company disclosure requirements

Store Policy:

No returns allowed on any refurbished item purchase (Buy and Try not accepted), unless defective and with original receipt.
30 Day warranty on all refurbished computer hardware only (Software issues not covered) on laptops and desktops only, sold by level1pc.
*Hardware examples = LCD, keyboard, power button, hard drive (solid state drive),
30 day warranty on hardware installed by level1pc staff only.
All items are subjected to a 25% restocking fee unless defective and ALL special orders need to be paid for in advanced w/ no returns unless defective.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued by company check within 30-days. All written checks must clear our bank prior for a qualified refund. No returns on products if rebate offers were collected or if  the new product was opened and/or used. All refunds are subject to our approval and discretion. 
Level1pc reserves the right to decline any refund for any reason at any time.

Returned Checks
No equipment will be released from our facility without full payment at time of pickup. A minimum $60.00 cash fee is applied for all returned checks. Any and all additional banks fees aquired must be reimbursed as well.

Abandoned Property  / Storage
Customer agrees to pick-up computer and pays for services rendered within seven (7) days of service completion. If the computer/equipment is not picked up within seven (7) days, a storage fee of $10 per day can be charged in addition to the original fee. Equipment left behind, without returning our phone calls, voice-mail messages, emails and not picked up or paid for after ​thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned by state law.  Any hardware and/or sensitive data in the repair will be removed from your equipment. If the computer is not picked up within thirty (30) days, it will be considered abandoned, according to the law, and equipment will become the property of level1pc and will be sold or recycled to recover damages lost and non-payment.
